    Live TV/Recorded TV Meta Data

    As you could guess by the title I'm trying to find how to get the current live TV or recorded TV meta data.  I can retrieve the meta data for a video or music file fine, but as I'm sure some know the current meta data is null for TV.  How can I get this information?

    Are you using TV Pack ?  If so, have you read the topics on what is broken?

    metadata is null for tv in MC regardless of version.  it's a documented feature of the API.

    right, but Im looking to retrieve the channel number and  call sign if tv is being played.  Is that information available anywhere?

    MSAS will provide that information.
